1 Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.
• Application refers to Umbraix AI, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as "Razen Core", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to the developer entity based in Gujarat, India.
• Local Storage refers to the browser-based storage on Your Device where sensitive keys and chat history are stored securely.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Third-Party AI Providers refers to external services (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenRouter) that process text generation requests.

2 Data Architecture & API Keys

API Key Handling

When you enter your API keys in the Settings panel:

• Storage: Keys are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device.
• Transmission: Keys are sent directly from your browser to the respective AI Provider (Google or OpenRouter) to authenticate requests. They never pass through Razen Core's servers.
• Encryption: While we do not transmit keys to our servers, you are responsible for keeping your device secure to prevent unauthorized local access.

Chat History

Your chat logs and conversation history are stored locally on your device. Razen Core does not have access to read, analyze, or sell your conversation data.

3 Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data (Firebase Auth)

If you choose to create an account via our Authentication system, we collect:

• Email Address: For account identification and recovery.
• Display Name: To personalize the interface.
• Profile Metadata: Account creation date and last login timestamp.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage metrics (e.g., session duration, error logs) to improve application stability. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.

4 Third-Party Data Sharing

To provide AI functionality, specific data must be shared with AI Model Providers when you send a message:

Google Gemini & OpenRouter

When you interact with the AI:

• Prompts: The text you type is sent to the selected provider (e.g., Google or OpenRouter) to generate a response.
• Context: Previous messages in the active chat may be sent to maintain conversational context.

5 Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• HTTPS/TLS: All traffic between your device and the AI providers is encrypted in transit.
• Firebase Security: User authentication is managed by Google Firebase, utilizing world-class security infrastructure.
• No Server Storage: Since we do not store your chats or keys, there is no central database of user conversations to be breached.

6 User Rights & Data Deletion

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. This can be done via the Settings › User Profile section by clicking the "Delete Account" button. This action is irreversible and will remove your authentication record from our system.

Local Data Clearing

Since API keys and chats are stored locally, clearing your browser's cache/storage or using the "Delete Chat" features within the app will permanently remove this data from your device.
